Nigerian music sensation, David Adeleke also known as Davido, has got social media buzzing as he pledged a whopping N300 million to support orphanages across the nation.
He announced this generous contribution through his social media accounts on Tuesday, February 20.
This act of kindness is part of Davido’s ongoing commitment to giving back to the community, a tradition he started some years ago.
Amidst the current challenges faced by Nigerians, including rising food and petrol prices, Davido’s gesture brings hope and relief to many.
Beyond Boders recalls that last year, the artiste distributed N237 million to various orphanages, and in October 2022, he donated N250 million to 292 orphanages across the country. This time, the donation will be facilitated through The David Adeleke Foundation (DAF).
