Mr. Joseph Aloba, father of the deceased singer Mohbad, has declared his intention to unveil the identity of his son’s killer, but with certain conditions, causing an online buzz.
As spotted by Beyond Boders, he hinted at shedding light on the matter, following the completion of a DNA test involving his grandson, Liam Aloba.
In his statement, Mr. Aloba emphasized that although Naira Marley and Sam Larry had bullied his son in the past, they were not responsible for his tragic demise.
He asserted that the perpetrator lurked within their inner circle.
“After we’ve done the DNA test, I will reveal who killed my son. People who said it was Naira Marley and Sam Larry have been proven wrong. Yes, maybe they bullied him, but definitely, they were not the ones that killed him. His death came from someone close. I know the person, and I will tell the world soon,” Mr. Aloba stated.

Earlier, Wunmi’s sister, Karimot, criticized Mr. Aloba for persistently requesting a DNA test.
She alleged that Mohbad had repeatedly transmitted sexually transmitted infections to Wumi.
Expressing her discontent on Instagram, she questioned the prevalence of such issues in marriages and pledged to seek intervention from US authorities if any harm befell Omowunmi or her child.
