Napoli’s star player, Victor Osimhen, is now linked with another Premier League club, Arsenal, after Chelsea reportedly dropped their interest.
Osimhen, 25, has been linked with several Premier League teams in recent seasons, including Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester United, and Manchester City. However, he has not yet moved to the Premier League.
With the summer transfer window in full swing, Osimhen could finally be leaving Napoli.
New Napoli coach, Antonio Conte, did not include Osimhen in the pre-season squad, suggesting his time at the club may be ending.
According to Italian news source, Di Marzio, Chelsea has cooled their interest in signing Osimhen. Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain are now interested in him.

Clubs in Saudi Arabia also want to sign Osimhen, but may find it difficult to convince him to move to the Middle East.
Osimhen has a release clause of £110 million. He is waiting to see if he will play in Napoli’s first Serie A match against Modena on August 10.
“We are talking about Victor as a professional, an excellent, top player.
“I spoke to him and he knows that absolutely nothing has changed. He belongs to Napoli and he knows that those who belong to Napoli have to work hard and have the right attitude, even if there is this sort of agreement, that we still don’t know how it will end,” Conte said last month.
Meanwhile, Chelsea is now focused on signing Atletico Madrid’s Samu Omorodion.
“Personal terms agreed and Atlético to receive £35m fee, as revealed yesterday. Green light only when Atlético will complete all final steps for Julián Álvarez,” transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, reported on social media.
