The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has confirmed that the suspension of biometric clearance and Community Development Services (CDS) is still in effect.

This statement comes after false information circulated on social media, claiming to be from the NYSC Director General.

The NYSC expressed concern over the spread of false information and is committed to identifying and dealing with those responsible.

In an official statement signed by Eddy Megwa, Director of Information and Public Relations, the NYSC clarified that no genuine information from them will ever be released through social media bloggers.
