SAS Hero John Thompson, Iranian Embassy Siege Veteran, Dies at 82

Warrant Officer John Thompson, a famous member of the SAS, has died at the age of 82.

Thompson joined the British Army in 1964 and served for over 60 years. He was known for his role in the Iranian Embassy siege and his service in the Falklands War.
