Nigerian singer Bankole Wellington, also known as Banky W, has moved to the United States with his family.
Banky W, who is the owner of Empire Mates Entertainment, shared on Instagram that he is going to study for a Master’s degree at Georgetown University in Washington, DC.
He posted a picture of himself, his wife Adesua Etomi-Wellington, and their child at the airport, asking his followers to wish them well as they start this new journey.
Beyond Boders notes that the 43-year-old singer was born in the US and got married to Adesua in 2017.
He has also run for political office in Lagos State, but did not win.
