Well-known social media figure, VeryDarkMan (VDM), has claimed in a recent video that the wife of Baltasar Ebang Engonga, the former Anti-Graft Chief of Equatorial Guinea, had her own romantic encounters with other men.
This claim follows Engonga’s recent scandal involving alleged affairs with multiple women.
In a video spotted by Beyond Boders, VDM stated that Engonga’s wife may not be as innocent as many assumed.
“Just when I thought everything about this Equatorial Guinea man is over, we’ve all seen the tapes and everything, guess what…it is not over, it is getting more interesting. The video I just saw now, I did not expect it,” he said.
Recently, over 400 videos were reportedly found showing Engonga, a 54-year-old economist, involved with various women, including high-ranking officials’ wives and sisters.

Authorities discovered these recordings during a fraud investigation. The videos were reportedly kept on CDs in his home and office, with some footage even showing the national flag in the background, causing public anger.
In response to the scandal, Vice President Nguema Mangue suspended officials involved in any unethical activities within government offices, calling for integrity and respect.
Attorney General Nzang Nguema also warned of health risks, urging anyone feeling pressured or mistreated to come forward.
Engonga, who often went by the nickname “Bello,” allegedly recorded these encounters with the consent of the women, some of whom were related to top officials. Engonga claimed the women pursued him, saying, “It’s not my fault; they wanted me.”
He later apologized publicly to his wife, calling her his “hero” and expressing his hope that she would care for their children if needed.
