Morgan Freeman, the legendary actor, was seen out in Los Angeles on November 24, enjoying a quiet evening with friends at Giorgio Baldi restaurant in Santa Monica.
The 87-year-old star of “The Shawshank Redemption” kept his outfit simple, wearing a flannel button-up shirt, black pants, and a black baseball cap.
He also wore a beige compression glove on his left hand, which he has used since a 2012 car accident caused nerve damage in his arm.
Freeman once described the injury as “excruciating” but has stayed optimistic. In a 2012 interview with “Esquire,” he spoke about adjusting to the changes in his life.
“I have to move on to other things, to other conceptions of myself. I play golf. I still work.”

Despite keeping a low profile, Freeman continues to thrive in his career. He lives in what he jokingly calls “LA,” meaning “lower Alabama,” but remains busy in Hollywood.
The Oscar-winning actor has three upcoming films, including “Now You See Me 3,” where he will reprise his role as Thaddeus Bradley in 2025.
He is also featured in Roku’s “Lioness” alongside Zoe Saldana and has roles in “Gunner” and the upcoming “Hate To See You Go.”
When asked about his enduring success, Freeman shared his secret during an interview with Jennifer Hudson. “Acting is easy, getting work is hard. So, what you have to do is just keep moving forward. Just keep trying.”
Although he remains modest about his accomplishments, Freeman’s dedication and talent continue to inspire fans and fellow actors alike.
