Idris Okuneye, famously known as Bobrisky, has acknowledged guilt to misusing the Naira in court today.
Beyond Boders reports that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) charged him with six offenses related to money misuse, but only four were brought up during the trial.
The judge, Abimbola Awogboro, dismissed two charges of money laundering upon the prosecution’s request.
Bobrisky confessed to the remaining charges, stating, “Yes, I am guilty.”
He appeared in the Federal High Court in Lagos after being held by the EFCC since Wednesday.
Despite being offered bail, he remained in custody.
