The national grid has collapsed again, making it the third time in one week.
The latest collapse happened on Saturday morning at around 8:16 AM.
Power generation was at 3,042 megawatts by 8:00 AM and reached a high of 3,968 megawatts at 7:00 AM. But by 9:00 AM, power generation dropped sharply to just 47 megawatts.
At the time of this report, power distribution to companies stood at 0.00 megawatts.
The reason for the collapse is still unknown, and efforts to reach the Transmission Company of Nigeria have not been successful.
