Joe Ajaero, the President of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), has just arrived at the Headquarters of the Intelligence Response Team (IRT) of the Nigeria Police Force.
Beyond Boders recalls that Ajaero was invited by the police last week to appear at the IRT Headquarters on August 20 at 10 am.
The invitation was related to allegations of his involvement in terrorism financing, cybercrime, subversion, criminal conspiracy, and treasonable felony.
Although Ajaero could not attend on the original date, he promised to be present today.
He arrived at the premises on Thursday at exactly 10:17 am, accompanied by Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) Femi Falana, Marshal Abubakar, Deji Adeyanju, and other senior NLC officials.
