Famous Afrobeat singer Davido, whose real name is David Adeleke, is in the spotlight again as he and his team were seen throwing naira notes to fans on the streets of Lagos.
Davido, known for his hit song “Unavailable,” returned to Nigeria on the night of July 13th, 2024. A video of him and his team driving around Lagos in luxury cars is trending online.
Last month, on June 25th, 2024, Davido had a grand wedding with his wife, Chioma. The event was all over social media and attended by many well-known persons in the country.
After the wedding, Davido and Chioma went to the USA for their honeymoon. They also visited Italy, where Davido performed at the 60th birthday party of former GT Bank CEO, Segun Agbaje.
In a new video from last night, Davido was seen sitting on his car door, recording videos, and having fun with fans on the streets of Lagos. Soon after, he started throwing naira notes to the fans, who scrambled to collect them.
