Elizade University, located in Ilara-Mokin, Ondo State, has received approval from the National Universities Commission (NUC) to start full-time postgraduate courses in Law (LLM, M.Phil, and Ph.D.) and M.Sc. in Architecture.
In a statement made available to Beyond Boders and signed by the Head of Public Relations, Williams Olufunmi, the institution announced that these new programmes will begin from the 2024/2025 academic year.
This approval came after a visit from a team of experts sent by the NUC to check the university’s resources, including staff and facilities.
The Acting Executive Secretary of NUC, Mr. Chris Maiyaki, shared the news in a memo to the Vice Chancellor of Elizade University. He congratulated the university on this achievement and encouraged them to keep providing the necessary resources for the success of these new programmes.
