Canadian musician Claire Boucher, popularly known as Grimes, has dragged billionaire tech mogul Elon Musk, to court, over parental rights.
As learned by Beyond Boders, the lawsuit according to documents obtained by Page Six on Tuesday, was filed in a California court on September 29, over their three children, so as to establish parental relationship, especially when their father and mother are not married.
Although the contents of the petition are sealed, but the lawsuit comes weeks after Boucher made a public plea to Musk to allow her to see their third child.

Grimes in a since-deleted tweet, wrote that she had never been allowed to see a photo of the child until that moment.
“Tell Shivon to unblock me and tell Elon to let me see my son or plz respond to my lawyer. I have never even been allowed to see a photo of these children until this moment, despite the situation utterly ripping my family apart,” she wrote in the tweet.
Recall that Grimes and the X Boss have been in an on-and-off relationship between 2018 and 2021, having three children together: X, Exa, and Techno Mechanicus.
