Popular Nigerian auto dealer, Ikechukwu Igbonna better known as IVD, has publicly apologized to his former love interest, Blessing CEO, for not carrying her along after singer Davido allegedly paid the debt he owed IVD.
Beyond Boders recalls that Blessing CEO had alleged that IVD was owed N4.5 million by Davido, a claim which IVD initially denied.
However, Blessing released an audio recording in which IVD was heard discussing the debt issue and claiming that Davido had owed him money.
IVD took to his Instagram story to apologize to Blessing CEO for not telling her that Davido had paid the debt. He wrote:
“Am using this oppression to thank everyone who called by to check up on me. Blessing sorry for not carrying you along that Davido has paid. Thanks IVD Group.”
This apology comes after Davido has been in the news in recent weeks for his alleged debts to several persons. A photographer, Abu Salami, and singer, Dammy Krane, have both accused Davido of owing them money.
