Chief Executive Officer of Ebony Vaults, a funeral home in Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria, Dehinde Harrison, has provided a free casket, hall, pallbearers, hornsmen, and other services for the second burial of late Nigerian singer Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, also known as Mohbad.
Beyond Boders recalls that Mohbad who passed away on September 12, 2023, was hurriedly buried a day after his death. The police later exhumed his body for autopsy and further investigation.
Prominent Nollywood actresses, Iyabo Ojo and Tonto Dikeh in preparation for his second burial, visited Ebony Vaults inquiring about the necessary items needed for a proper funeral ceremony.
The CEO of the funeral home in a gesture of kindness and support, generously provided almost all the needed items at no cost which surprised the actresses.
Iyabo Ojo shared the news on her Instagram account, while expressing her gratitude to the funeral home for their generosity and support.
