Multichoice Nigeria Limited, the company in charge of DStv and GOtv, has declared that subscribers will charge more for their services starting May 1, 2024.
This means subscribers will have to pay extra to watch their favourite shows.
The company says they are raising prices because it is costing them more to run their business in Nigeria.
John Ugbe, the big boss at Multichoice, wrote in an email sent to subscribers that the cost of the best DStv package, called Premium, will jump from N29,500 to N37,000 each month. That is a big increase!
If you are on the Compact+ plan, get ready to pay N25,000 instead of N19,800 every month.
