Today, the funeral for Nollywood actor John Odonwodo, also known as Junior Pope, started at St. Peter’s Catholic Parish in Ukehe, Enugu State.
Beyond Boders recalls that John who was 43 years old, died with four others on April 10 when their boat overturned in the Anam River, as they were returning from a movie shoot.
His family announced earlier that he would be buried on May 17 in his hometown, Uwala Abaka, Ukehe, in Nsukka, Igboetiti Local Government Area of Enugu State.
