NAF Helicopter Crashes in Kaduna, Pilot Survives

Early this morning, a Nigerian Air Force (NAF) helicopter crashed in Tami village, Igabi Local Government Area of Kaduna State.

According to local residents, the crash occurred around 5 am and caused a loud noise that woke many people up. Fortunately, the pilot survived the crash.

An eyewitness reported that shortly after the incident, a team of Nigerian Air Force personnel arrived at the scene. They quickly secured the area and started investigating what happened.

“They cordoned off the crash site to prevent unauthorized access and to ensure the safety of the villagers. The officers also began preliminary assessments to determine the cause of the crash, which remains unknown at this time,” said the eyewitness.

At this time, the Nigerian Air Force has not given an official statement about the crash. However, an investigation will be started to understand what caused it.
