Bobrisky, the famous internet personality, has not been able to fulfill the requirements set for his release by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Beyond Boders reports that a representative from the EFCC, Dele Oyewale, confirmed this on Thursday.
“He (Bobrisky) has been granted administrative bail but yet to meet bail conditions,” Oyewale stated.
Bobrisky was apprehended by the EFCC’s Lagos Zonal Command on Wednesday for allegedly mishandling Nigerian currency, specifically through actions like spraying and damaging naira notes.
Oyewale emphasized the seriousness with which the EFCC views such offenses. “We are very serious about restoring the dignity of the naira,” he stated.
“Though our investigation is still ongoing, but he will definitely be charged to court soon.”
