Osimhen Scores Twice as Galatasaray Wins Against Rizespor

Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen was the hero as Galatasaray defeated Rizespor 2-1 at the Caykur Didi Stadium on Monday night.

Osimhen scored the first goal for Galatasaray just two minutes into the second half.

Rizespor responded quickly, with Gambian player Ali Sowe equalizing seven minutes later. Another Nigerian, David Akintola, provided the assist for the home team.

Osimhen then secured the victory for Galatasaray, scoring the winning goal just four minutes before the final whistle.

The 26-year-old played the entire match and now has 12 goals in 18 league games this season.

With this win, Galatasaray remains at the top of the league table with 63 points from 23 matches.
