Rema’s musical journey began in the corridors of his secondary school, where he discovered his knack for singing and rapping.

His rendition of D’Prince’s “Gucci Gang” garnered widespread acclaim, leading to a life-changing opportunity. D’Prince, impressed by Rema’s skill, offered him a record deal under Jonzing World, a subsidiary of Mavin Records.
