Popular fashion designer Veekee James and her husband, Femi Atere, were shocked when singer Teni made a surprise appearance at their first wedding anniversary party.
Beyond Boders reports that the surprise was planned by comedian and singer Nasboi, who wanted to make the celebration extra special for the couple.
The couple marked their anniversary on Monday, February 10, with a grand party. Veekee James and her husband had earlier shared beautiful pictures from a recent photoshoot as they reflected on their one-year journey in marriage.
The fashion designer also promised her unending love for her husband.
The party was a glamorous event, with massive cakes, stunning decorations, and close family and friends in attendance. Many guests said it looked like another wedding ceremony.
The highlight of the night was when Teni made a grand entrance, performing her new song, “Money.” A video showed Veekee James jumping with excitement as she saw the singer.
Sharing a clip from the event, Veekee James wrote:
