The ongoing rift between Nigerian music stars Paul Okoye (Rudeboy) and Peter Okoye (Mr P), known together as P-Square, has sparked again after Rudeboy accused Mr P of stealing an unreleased song.
The trouble began when Mr P announced on Instagram that he would release a new song titled “Winning,” saying it would be available on all streaming platforms soon.
However, Rudeboy responded quickly, claiming he wrote and sang the song, and accusing Mr P of taking it without permission.
Rudeboy posted on his own Instagram, sharing the same song and revealing it was supposed to be part of his upcoming album in 2025. He expressed frustration over finding out his brother was now releasing it instead.
Rudeboy mentioned that he had submitted six songs to their management, only to discover that Mr P had recorded one of them.
“Song title: WINNING. Written and sang by RUDEBOY. Produced by same producer. NOW HOW COME? NOW AM I SUPPOSE TO RELEASE ANOTHER VERSION?” Rudeboy wrote, questioning how his brother could release the same song.
This latest incident has reignited tension between the brothers, who once achieved success as the P-Square duo before they split.
Fans online have reacted strongly, with many expressing disappointment over the ongoing feud.
