Wizkid, the popular Nigerian singer and Grammy award winner, has finally released his fifth album, ‘Morayo’ after months of waiting.
The album came out on all streaming platforms early on Friday morning.
‘Morayo’ is a special tribute to Wizkid’s late mother, Jane Dolapo Balogun, who passed away in August 2023.
The album has 16 tracks, including:

Wizkid worked with top artists like Asake, Brent Faiyaz, Jazmine Sullivan, Anaïs, and Tiakola on the album.
Before the full album, he released two singles: ‘Piece Of My Heart’ in October and ‘Kese (Dance)’ in November.
Wizkid, whose real name is Ayodeji Balogun, became famous in 2011 with his debut album, ‘Superstar.’ He has since dropped four more albums:

The singer has won many awards, including a Grammy in 2021 for *Brown Skin Girl*, his song with Beyoncé.
In October, his album ‘Made In Lagos’ was named the most-streamed Nigerian album on Apple Music.
Fans are already celebrating ‘Morayo’ as another great achievement for Wizkid.
