The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, celebrated his daughter Adeola’s 30th birthday on May 20 with a special message on social media, catching the attention of many online.
In his heartfelt post spotted by Beyond Boders, Oba Ogunwusi prayed for God’s blessings on Adeola and suggested that it might be time for her to consider marriage.
He reminisced about the advice he has given her at different stages of her life. At 10, he focused on education and her future. At 20, he emphasized morals and well-being. Now, at 30, he feels she is ready to find a husband.
He wrote, “Princess Adeola, Aanuoluwapo, Atutunini, Bamdefe Ogunwusi, Omo Ojaja II. I am truly grateful for the fulfilling life you have lived. May God Almighty continue to be with you in all your endeavours. Amen!
