Popular Nigerian crossdresser James Brown is thrilled after the Nigerian government signed a $150 billion Samoa agreement to support LGBTQ rights.

On July 4th, 2024, news surfaced online that the Nigerian government, led by President Tinubu, signed the Samoa Agreement. This agreement reportedly promotes LGBTQ rights.

On July 1, Nigeria’s Minister of Budget and Economic Planning, Abubakar Atiku Bagudu, announced that the deal was signed during an event hosted by the European Union (EU) in Abuja.
