Nabila Fash, ex-wife of Nigerian singer, Oritsefemi, has spoken out about the claims made by the artiste regarding their troubled marriage, causing a buzz online.
In a recent interview, Nabila denied the accusations from Oritsefemi, who said she had 21 miscarriages during their marriage. She found these claims to be entirely false and misleading.
Beyond Boders recalls that Oritsefemi previously shared in an interview with Jude Chidonwo that Nabila had accused him of secretly having children and cheating on her in their home. This statement led to much speculation and talk online.
Nabila, speaking with journalist Stella Dimoko Korkus, urged the public to ignore Oritsefemi’s statements.
She questioned the truth of his claims, saying, “How is it possible that I miscarried 21 times and I am still normal? How is it possible that I lost 21 children? Why the lies? Please anyone who listened to his interview should disregard the narrative because it’s not true at all.”
She further explained that she is currently working outside Nigeria and had received numerous supportive calls once the news broke.
She called the accusations a distraction, but found them laughable because of their falsehood.
Nabila also confirmed that their divorce is official, finalized on March 21, 2024, while expressing her happiness, stating, “I am officially divorced and officially single and I am happy and living my best life!”
Responding to another accusation from Oritsefemi that she sent 20 friends to attack him, Nabila dismissed it as pure imagination.
She said, “I don’t even have up to 20 friends and that never happened…..He is not the kind of person that anyone would attack and get away with it, so trust me that it never happened….it is a figment of his imagination.”
Reflecting on her marriage, Nabila described it as a nightmare she has awakened from.
She advised young women to be cautious in their relationships, adding, “Look before you leap cos that jump might land you in deep shit.”
